The working principle is entirely different to Air Conditioners. Here water act as a cooling media. During low pressure evaporation water vapour absorbs head from surrounding air is called evaporative cooling. This is a very simple, effective and safest method of cooling systems. No compressor needed for its workings. Only air circulation fans and tiny water circulation motor consumes very less power than AC’s so huge power saving and less Service cost achieved.
Evaporative coolers always below fresh air sucking from outside rooms only it never re-circulate room inside cooled air. But always fresh cold air forced to room inside and hot are removed through exhaust ports. So Carbon Di Oxide level always maintained perfectly.
During E-Cooler operation the optimum temperature control is 26 degree C to 28 Degree C in almost 90% areas. Some cold area it goes to 24 degree C when out temperature is 36 degree C to 42 degree C and relative humidity is 25-35%. We can increase RH% into 75% to 95% based on climate and capacity of E-Cooler to be used. No need of perfect insulation when compare to AC, due to enormous cold fresh air flow possibilities.

During the process of low pressure evaporation water droplets broken into very small size up to 1 to 10 micron.
