Due to water scarcity in almost all areas pumping of water from available area to required long distance areas within 20 kilo meter range by using available minimum power 1 to 10 hp single electric power sources.
Most of agriculture power connection, allotted loads by government are 3hp ,5 hp 7.5 hp and 10 hp only. By using this minimum power source we must design special high pressure motors to pump long distances.
We have specially designed high pressure submersible motors in all power ranges from 1 hp to 70 hp to suite for particular pipe lines based on head and discharge requirements.
We must considered following main factors before erection of long distance pipe lines.
First of all we must survey your complete pipeline areas and distance with total head and discharge needs. To measure total head from starting point to end point we have Digital Altitude meter for exact measurement. After completion of complete field study we give rough quotation for that project.
To reduce labour cost Civil trench making, plumbing, closing of trench Missionary civil works for valve erected areas must be done by customer. We give proper design and co ordinate all work schedules with our person to do successfully.

Original ISI grade PVC pipes with 4 kg/cm2 and 6 kg/cm2 pressure rating is essential. Never use second quality re extrude pipes for long distance pipe lines. In some cases GI and HDPE pipes required to cross rivers, channels and rocky areas.
During water flow in pipelines air bubbles travel through the water on top side of pipes. This will generate friction and reduce the flow up to 10% of discharge. Also leads to pipe burst because of water hammering during motor stop, So we must provide highest quality 2 inch Air valves in particular intervals based on field conditions.
To avoid return water hammering Non Return Valves are very much important. Many factors to be considered when locating Non return valve to get full performance. Otherwise it will not function properly. Various NRV models available in markets. But based on my experience up to 100 mm diameter Ball type non return valves are better. Wafer type valves also used for above 250 mm diameter pipe lines.
During excessive pressure build up inside the pipe lines so many chances to damage pipes and fittings due water hammering phenomena. To avoid pipe damages we must release excessive pressure inside the pipes. For that good quality durable pressure releaser valve is very much important. We offer 2 inch diameter stainless steel spring fixed aluminium body pressure release valve to our customers. You can fix pressure ratings from 1 to 10 kg/cm2 based on operating pressure of particular pipe lines.
